8. Not in every big city. I just got back in the house after

shoveling two driveways. Here in St. Paul, snow is just snow. It snows, we shovel or use our snowblowers, or hire some guy with a pickup and plow blade. The only time we really grumble is when there's more than a foot of snow. That takes longer to clear. Now, I'm going to go back out and do the sidewalks. My hands were cold, but now they're fine again.
