He was not speaking of her specifically, he was speaking to democrats in general. What he was actually saying that there is a hard election to win and democrats need to get to the hard work, which is what Kamala Harris herself is saying.
Carville might not be people's favorite person, but we don't need to put words in his mouth.
He also had great things to say about her statement following her meeting with Netanyahu.
