Why is his nomination to VP the reason people from PA will vote for her? Are they going to sit home if he's not the VP? If they like him so much why wouldn't him campaigning for her in PA excite people and get them to the polls?

Are voters in PA ONLY interested in voting for Harris if Shapiro is the pick? What about the other states? Or should we just have a VP from every swing state and maybe they can each be her VP for 6 months or a year.

It may be an old view but PA is a battleground state. She needs those 19 votes.
