7. Dems didn't put any money in Ohio in 2020. Their turnout in the big Democratic counties was down more than 10%.

J.D. Vance isn't really an anchor for the in-state vote. With the pro-choice referendum on the ballot, and an infusion of cash to help Sherrod Brown, getting the vote totals among black voters back up to near Obama levels in the big counties ought to do it. My guess is that Ohio is 50-50. And I think her odds are better than that in North Carolina and Florida.
