apartment. Rent is cheaper and I can live near downtown. For sure there are bars in the windows.

Reminds me of insult to people who live in trailer parks by the right. It is hate speech meant to 'other' non millionaires and non billionaires to the point where voters on the right will gleefully yank healthcare and upward mobility away from the basement apartment or trailer park dwellers.
