Do you think his 'free speech' would save him from arrest? I mean Al Awlaki was assassinated for speech, preaching hatred against the US, possibly inciting others to violence. At least that was the only defense of that assassination anyone was able to produce as there were no charges against him, and no evidence he was engaged in any physical attacks on the US.
I think this guy needs a visit from the authorities frankly.
