8. It's a shame they've chosen to glue everything together with the latest models

Not everyone opts to upgrade hard drive or memory or to debug same when called for, but a large number of computer users have always felt comfortable doing so. Apple makes it plain if they don't consider you a "Genius" (lol at whoever came up with that one), then keep your hands off the insides.
