I wonder why they don't rely on chromosomal count.

So, they consider the word "woman" to apply to female genital status, but I wonder what word they apply to feminine gender presentation, and how they define that.

In any case, I think you might be wrong, it seems clear that they actually don't "know what a woman is" and that's why they're running around frantically asking everyone.
