that's how they spell it. I think I'm going to dredge the sole in the stuff (although it's very light and fluffy) and pan-fry.

I'll bake the tater and steam some asparagus. Tomorrow is Farmers Market day in our burb.

Have you noticed the diff between supermarket bell peppers and Farmers'? You don't have to saw through layers of paraffin. Mr. pig actually called me from work to say his salad (all from the Market) was delicious. Mixed greens, scallions, heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, salsa ranch dressing and Parmesan shaved over the top.
