They pled lesser counts to avoid the top RICO count.

Just because the judge ruled that count is not a state crime does not mean that violation of a federal crime is not part of RICO.

I'd love to see him and ALL the others rot in jail for 20 years on a RICO count rather than probation.

Go ahead Kenny, FAFO time if you want to pull your plea deal.
