I relate a story of a bridge around south Philly, I think it's a RR trestle on US13, sound about right? It looks almost like the one in the video! I've only been there twice and that was decades ago. I didn't go through and only touched the bridge as I was creeping really slowly and watching but I still tagged it and had "issues" afterward... and I had to get back to south Boston afterward. The trip home did more damage than the actual event since I had to pass through NYC interchanges to get there, and then there were some in CT before I got back. It wasn't pretty.
