44. He is a classic "coat-holder"

He's the guy who starts fights that other people finish for him. All talk; no action.

Look at the people he bullies.
He only punches down against people who are defenseless or disadvantaged.

Now, look at the people whose asses he kisses.
He demurs to the real tough guys, murderers, despots, etc. like a schoolgirl with a crush.

The biggest, whining, cry-baby I have ever seen....
