I've dealt with that kind shit for well over a decade. Simply put, they fabricate sheer falsehoods out of thin air, reject, deny, or attempt to discredit all proof and FACTS to the contrary, and resort to personal attacks because they've been told of what they don't WANT to know.

.. like talking to a fkn rock.
