Two racks of pork ribs on the big green egg soaking up the pecan smoke [View all]

Family dinner today. If today is like years past and it should be there will be at least 100 of my family members together. Not one word of politics or religion save for a prayer before we all dig in to the bounty that will be. Over the years everyone has come to expect me to bring smoked ribs, my wife this year is a vetabile bake that will make your mouth water.
My family is a big family and we all love one another. We do as our parents set the tone for years ago and that is to agree to disagree and to keep politics and religion our of family matters.
I'm a happy man.
I hope everyone has as great of a day today and all days going forward
