That comes pre-installed on many phones. Its annoying sometimes but I still don't want to turn it off because it does alert to many legitimate stories. It follows the same marketing tool where they give you a blip of a title and it turns out misleading many times(on purpose, I am sure). So now, millions of Red voters just saw CBS admit to editing the clip like Trump told them
