Go to a salad restaurant: One of these is opening near me in the next week or two:

And it won't be the only salad restaurant in the neighborhood. There's a SaladWorks about a mile away.

But nevertheless, I will still make my own salads. Grow my own lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers. I am not above stealing some good ideas off their menus.

I do understand the above posts, though. Sometimes you're on the run with no time and this is the only option unless you want to be hungry and crabby.
