Something like this which implies taking sides reflects just as badly on the corporation as it does the franchise.
I'm sure you'll agree that this is how trump gets away with so much bad behavior: he goes places no one else would dream of because they lack the low moral fiber he has.
Re usage of the word "corp," that is a reportage problem.
From what I know from my friends still at the company, most employees are vehemently pro Harris/Walsh. The company itself, however, is very savvy pr-wise and would never publicly endorse a candidate.
While McDonalds sells food I'd never eat, they remain in my mind as a good employer and one that consistently strived for value for their customers. They may be having a few problems right now, but think back on the many years they had no problems and yet still served millions of burgers.
