(1) I'm cautious in general - but not knee jerk opposed - to sweeping policy changes, (2) want to conserve the environment for future generations and (3) believe in the profit motive - but with reasonable limits, (4) believe that a civilized country must have taxes. Does the foregoing define me as conservative?
