I would say that it is not only conservatives doing that, though it mostly is There are many here who wish ills would befall their opponents, and not just Trump. I understand that we have received s lot of that, and most are just frustrated and venting, but online one can never tell how many of them mean it, and how seriously. And it's nonstop from the right. So our cultural overall discourse has devolved. The result is we have been living in a sea of toxic hate, and it does have effects on the brain and body. But it is a choice.

I'd say it was more of a question of moderates vs. extremists that influences who is more likely to hate and desire to harm their neighbor, and perhaps resort to violence on the one hand, and who is willing to live and let live. One is the American ideal, and the other is clearly unAmerican. We have to get along first, before anything.
