Manafort is still playing even though he's not official, and manipulating polls seems to be in his wheelhouse when it comes to having pooty help. Since he's probably being monitored, leon is filling in since he appears to have free rein to break laws all over the planet with impunity because he's rich.
The polls have been manipulated for a long time, it's been normalized as the polls are weaponized.
Eyes on the prize, guys. Don't be led astray by the firehose of bullshit and disinfo, like polls. You know what to do.
