It's 50/50 at best.
Over the time frame I note, while we have won the presidency most often, Rs have long ago commanded a majority of the governorships and state assemblies and most often had the house and or senate.
That doesn't happen in a country relentlessly where 60% support good policy, given Dems are policy focused and Rs package everything around racism, bigotry and hatred.
And in no way shape or form is this election about policy.
