They give some excuse about some technical error, but I've seen this operation before and they usually are just trying to hide a civil war raging among members. Not a good look. (A great look for us.)
I've seen it a couple times during election cycles when they're losing the election and their minds.

I have a Troll account over there. Walled off to only Premium paying members since yesterday afternoon. (so I’m locked out too) Likely walled off until after the election. 2020 they got absolutely blitzed with Pro-Trump posts and general posts mocking liberals and Biden. They decided the election trauma was just too much and closed the doors to the asylum until next week.
