it's just a matter of time before some over testoteroned clown thinks someone else is lookin' at his woman and if he thinks she looks back... the shootin' 'll start sure as there's water in the St. Joe.

And of course they'll also be right near an Indian reservation so there'll be lots of aggirvatin' whenever they head over to Plummer where the highway is.

By the way, Plummer is where the big wobbly wars were about a hundred years ago... not a whole lot has changed over there except the Couer d'Alene tribe got to take over some of the towns on their reservation.

And there's a lot of forest over there too so they'll have a lot of work to do making room for three thousand homes on steep forested slopes.

Wonder if this guy will change his mind once he gets a look at what he thinks he's buying. Unless he's figuring to take lots of peoples' money and disappearing.
