I think that whatever Judge Merchan gives him will be fair. But, that Judge has taken a lot of crap from Trump, and if the jail door swings shut on Trump's doughy ass, he'll deserve it. The only question is where he will serve, and I don't see any reason to give him a cushy spot at MAL. I believe there would be a problem with that, anyway.

Meanwhile, if he gets probation, we can search his properties without a search warrant. Only a rep from the probation department needs to be present. We can search for missing documents--or the Florida gun he still has. That might even be better than him going to jail for a few months.

So, I'm content either way. If Jack misses his opportunities, at least we'll know that they were there. (And yeah, since Ivana is buried on his property, we should dig her up and check for contraband. I don't think there is any, but we could do it.)
