74. That graph is fairly worthless without knowing what percentage of the GP that CHL holders represent.

Provide that significant bit of information and that graph might actually mean something. For instance, I'm guessing that in 1996, CHL holders represented a fair bit less than half of the general population in Texas. I know this doesn't come from the NRA, but the NRA is very good at presenting graphs and such that seem impressive, but really don't tell anything of significance by themselves.
