6. It's racism, misogyny, sexism, hate. Which is why I never thought embracing and courting Rs was the smartest

strategy. Most Rs were never going to vote for the black woman and Liz telling them to wasn't going to make it happen.

Rs play to their base. Ds run away from them. More courting of the Ds with progressive policies (that Walz was so successful at and inspired so much enthusiasm for at the beginning) just might have brought more to the polls.
