And his cabinet will be packed with hand picked loyalists.

Trump has made it clear that in 2016 he trusted GOP insiders too much when it came to appointments and his cabinet did not lick his boots clean enough. He now also fully controls the GOP.

Outside of a major medical issue that fully renders him incapable, the 25th will not come into play.
