7. Had to run some errands & pick up some things from 3 stores yesterday. Did NOT want to go out among people

What I noticed was EVERYBODY was being unusually polite, thoughtful, obliging. Well, everyone but that one asswipe in a big old GM cluncker of a tank who damn near drove over me trying to get to the left turn lane first. And yes, he DID have a Trump bumper sticker.

I think it likely most people I observed yesterday were in a state of stunned depression too. There was an aura of thoughtful kindness and real attempts to make eye contact, say kind words.
