Strengthen civil service if possible.

Empty federal coffers on worthwhile projects.

Protect AmTrak.

Throw money and protections at the lead pipe problem.

Appoint an oversight board for CDC, FDA. Heavy weights who can tell RFK Jr. that he's full of worms.

Try some way to strengthen separation of Church and State.
