Being trans in post democracy America [View all]
Clearly Project 2025 states we will be labeled as pornography which will be suitable punishable by imprisonment and death most likely. So here is where I am now as a transwoman. My name and data is out there in Texas and the US gov. It will show I am trans, that I've had my name changed and everything. I know what is coming and I know I am prepared to go out the only way I know. Die fighting. I've been training for this for years now ever since I stepped foot into a shoot range every week. I've been slowly and mentally preparing myself if the worst came to pass and obviously it has.
But good girls never made history by being good right? People can say I am showing extremist feelings and that's fine. But its just how its gotta be with us now in this post democracy era that is coming. We can flee, sure. But this is my home. I was told all my life that we are home of the brave and land of the free. What good is to run and give it away to them? Live free or die as the saying goes. Well I'd rather die me than be forced to be someone I am not.
To all my trans sisters and brothers. Be ready, be smart, be brave. We will win this war.
