Even Santana had another guitarist to help do the heavy lifting when I saw him last year. It was still one of the top 3 shows I've ever seen.

I noticed the same thing at work when I lit people like Benny Goodman, they'd slowed down in comparison to their recordings from their heyday.

So yeah, it happens. It's the price we pay for hearing the real thing when we're not kids any more, ourselves.
