(10,342 posts)I dont blame black women for being angry but some are going over the top with hatred towards anyone white - even people who voted for Harris.
Heres something off the internet. I really worry that these statements do nothing but harm to unity:
Women of whiteness wonder why Black women dont trust or feel safe with them as a collective. But when we tell yall why, yall dont listen.
And when its time for yall to show up in substantive ways, yall cant seem to get it together.
And when its time to root down and do work in your own communities, yall would rather individualize and differentiate yourselves and then call yourselves doing the work.
And when Black women say we dont want any part of your performative nonsense, yall fold your arms and say youre gonna keep on keeping on.
And when the feces hit the fan and Black women are the only ones who consistently show up with any level of moral clarity once again, yall will start the cycle of Im sorry and this white woman and empty gestures all over again.
The answer is right in front of you.
We dont trust yall because yall aint trustworthy. We dont have solidarity because yall aint solid.
We cant even get past this recycled conversation from eight years ago because yall didnt learn and wont listen.
How are yall different than the 52% when you act just like them? Voting for a democrat dont make your racism any less violent. Thats a hard truth but Im trading in hard truths today.
