6. Don't hold your breath because

I heard that Dick Durbin will still honor blue slips so a republican senator from the state where a judicial vacancy is being filled can stop it.

Our leaders in the Senate are absolutely weak because they still think that they can reason with the other side.

Until that changes the senate will continue to let us down.
