4. If they regret their vote, they'll be open to persuasion

These are people who voted based on mis/disinformation and are finding out now they have been lied to. If we shun them, they will either withdraw completely or be drawn deeper into the disinformation bubble, because people hate feeling they've been fooled. As much as I want to say to them: "I told you so", I have to agree with you. We need them.
