Trump doesn't have much to say about any of this, IMHO. Putin already has his team in place (Gorka, Miller, Bannon, Gabbard, Flynn)

Putin is OK with Trump having his boys (Patel, Kushner etc.) to do any kind of financial grifting, and that's all Trump really wants to do anyway.
