There’s no confusing that with anything else. Even if most of the video was doctored, the part where he inserts his finger into his mouth and rubs his gums is unmistakable.

Unless he was reapplying some tooth ache medication which I highly doubt he would do in public like that. And notice the quick glance of guilt and fear at father “der fuhrer”.

No, that was certainly a bit of “maintenance” dosing.
