The defense budget is already prepped for grift by the unscrupulous, and Orange Julius Caesar will want a bloated military to carry out domestic suppression, continental imperialism, and of course glorious parades in his honor. No need for cuts there.

Frankly, suggesting that such a plan could or should exist seems tantamount to normalizing DOGE and the incoming administration.
