Since when was a President allowed to create his own Department in our Government? [View all]

Isn't that the duty of Congress?

They are calling it the "Department of Government Efficiency".

It is nothing more than a scam to enrich themselves with DOGEcoins and steal everything they can get their greedy fingers on.
