Rauchet is a TV producer whose credits include Watters’ World, hosted by Jesse Watters. She is an alum of Towson University in the state of Maryland, having graduated with a degree in journalism.
Hegseth and Rauchet met when he was a TV host for Fox & Friends Weekend, and she was a producer of Fox’s morning show. An executive alleged that Rauchet showed favouritism towards Hegseth, per US media. She was moved to a different Fox show so that she wouldn’t be working with Hegseth any more. Rauchet was also married when her relationship with Hegseth began, per The List.
In 2017, the couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Gwen, per The Independent. Hegseth and Rauchet each have three children from previous relationships. The couple were married in 2019 in the month their daughter turned two. The wedding venue was the Trump National Golf Club Colts Neck in New Jersey.
The couple wore Maga-inspired “Make weddings great again” hats to their wedding rehearsal, per The Daily Beast. Hegseth regularly pays tribute to his wife on social media. “You are more beautiful, purposeful and wonderful than anyone I’ve ever met. I thank God every day for gracing my life with your soul,” he wrote on her birthday in 2023.
