They have control over their lives. They just need to stop being patsies and suckers for the billionaire class. Start making demands on corporations like they make on government to stop the fraud, waste and abuse. And that includes gouging, speculation and organized corporate buying of new housing starts that only makes owning a home unaffordable for most working men and women.

Americans haven't lost control of their lives, they have willingly turned their lives over to the RW-MAGA-media and GOP. They have obeyed in advance the authoritarian supporters and the would-be tyrants. They have willfully blamed their fellow citizen-victims for an imaginary loss of control.
