And I would be inclined to think my stepsister was in denial, except for the fact that he's apparently alive and posting on FB that he is not the same Ryan Lanza. As people are posting Ryan Lanza pics and profiles willy-nilly, I thought it important to be a voice of caution, because as another poster said, there could be dangerous consequences for this Ryan Lanza if everyone jumps to the wrong conclusion.
