145. This fellow 70 year-old...

shares your unfettered joy. I celebrated my 70th in April and felt as do you. Then, following our election day loss, those feelings exploded became even more profound.

After Biden's election in 2020, I felt a sense of responsibility for his term. I voted for Joe and prayed for his election. For 4 years I felt somewhat responsible for his administration's actions, both good and bad.

Now, I have absolutely no such sense. I have greatly reduced my politically-oriented reading and watching and no longer do I wake up wondering what the hell Trump's going to do next. I am no longer willing to let MAGA live inside my head.

I'm terribly disappointed in my fellow US citizens who, after all that he has already done, voted for him again. But, it is what it is, and this 70 year-old plans to enjoy more happiness and less stress in spite of them.
