and Macy's carried it -- for less than one year.

They dropped it.
Following a storm of protest, Macy's has decided to drop its Donald Trump merchandise.

And the manufacturer of Success and another Trump cologne, Empire, dropped him.
The maker of Donald Trump’s two fragrances -- Trump Success and Empire by Trump – are cutting ties with the businessman-turned-Republican candidate for president.

“Perfumania is winding down its retail business with the Donald Trump fragrance brand,” Jono Waks, the brand’s publicist, told MSNBC, explaining that the company was looking into the ways they’d legally be able to end their deal with the polarizing politician. Macy’s, the exclusive retailer of the scent, had already ended their business relationship with Trump earlier this month.
