Has there ever been an incident in the history of Congress where a member of congress has been subpoenaed by a court of law for their official activities on a committee?

If you don't know, that's fine. I don't know either.

I know that there is a history of Congress members facing congressional censure, but I am not aware of any criminal investigations.
