13. They are selfish jerks

Terrified of someone else getting for “free” what they had to “pay” for.
Their whole ethos seems to be about I got mine the hard way, why can’t you.
The instant their own family falters they are the first in line for those freebies that they decried for others.
All of this is passed down through generations.
Education is always the answer, but republicans are too scared of being exposed for what they are to want to allow anyone to get anywhere near the truth.
