but this doesn't primarily stand out as a womens rights issue. I'm not saying it isn't, I'm just saying that the thing that gets my attention first is what they are doing and why. They are blaming windows instead of dealing with the men who are the actual perverts who ultimately cause a problem, then blame the window. WTH is going on with this manner of thinking?
