A young, weekend replacement "reporter" on NBC was reading off the bullet points of the CARTER career and presidency, and clearly didn't know the content and at one point noted he wasn't born back then. But what was irritating was whoever wrote it threw in "balancing" downsides, and the reader said, "He now joins the exclusive club of one-term presidents" naming BIDEN and CARTER, not Poppy BUSH.
