Grover Norquist ran and probably still runs a weekly meeting of point people who receive the new talking points and immediately distribute it to their organizations and connections. These talking points are always lies or at least distortions but everyone is told what to say so they all speak in unison and by the time it gets out there, our side is always reacting and without a unified message. The DNC or some other central organization should get on top of this and distribute a consistent rebuttal that all the players can bring to the press conferences and talk shows. They could do this proactively too, highlighting accomplishments and initiatives, which they should've been doing throughout Biden's term, but they can also consistently illuminate the dangerous things the Trump people will be doing during the next four years. It's the consistency of a response simultaneously delivered by a broad group of players that makes people accept that an issue is really "a thing".
