It must be. Why can't guns rights be limited to the ones that shoot a single bullet for each pull of the trigger and magazines of 8? The 2nd amendment doesn't say you have the right to an AK47 or a nuclear bomb. It's time to get a grip.

Yeah, because you cannot get firing rates similar to automatic weapons out of a semi-automatic.
