8. The easiest problem to fix are these stupid high capacity magazines in semi-auto guns.

If this had been a standard Remmington 700 BDL bolt action chambered in .223, he would have gotten five shots off before having to stop and reload. Plus he would have had to cycle the bolt.

The other problem is people with mental disease keep getting access to guns.

It is time to bring back the Assault Weapons Ban and beef it up.
